The Experience Pass is a free membership program connecting Las Vegas locals and visitors with deals and perks offered by local businesses. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or fulfillment of offers provided by partner businesses.

3. Membership

Membership is free. You must provide a valid email address and your first name to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Each person may hold only one Experience Pass membership.

4. Use of Offers

Offers and deals are subject to the terms set by each partner business, including any restrictions on usage, expiration dates, and availability. Offers may not be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise. Misuse of offers may result in account suspension.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: misuse or abuse offers; create multiple accounts; share your account credentials; use the service for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to interfere with the operation of the service.

6. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these terms, suspend or discontinue the service, or terminate your membership at any time for any reason. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Experience Pass is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the service or any offers. In no event shall Extra Super! BIG be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
